American Brokers Conduit is the wholesale division of American Home Mortgage Investment Corp. Their four core components for success are Financial Strength, Product Diversity, Strong Commitment to Broker Partnerships, and Cutting Edge Technology. American Brokers Conduit was named the nation’s tenth largest wholesale lender in 2005.
There are several key benefits that American Brokers Conduit offers their broker partners. They offer quick, easy transactions with e-Conduit. This allows brokers to lock loans for you. They also offer your broker a wide variety of mortgage products to help him/her determine the best choices for your situation.
American Brokers Conduit Mortgage Loan Options
American Brokers Conduit offers its brokers many types of loans, but some choices are more popular than others. American Brokers Conduit loans all forms of Interest Only mortgages. Additionally they offer the traditional Fixed Rate Mortgage with varying terms, plus many conforming mortgages, as well as jumbo mortgages for those extra expensive homes.
American Brokers Conduit offers several Adjustable Rate Mortgages. They tend to index their Adjustable Rates according to LIBOR. Their preferred terms for ARMs are 3/1 and 5/1, and most of their ARMs are available in Interest Only options. Brokers must apply to be a part of American Brokers Conduit. The application process is fairly simple and standard.
