John Longstreet is a typical car salesman. We went to him through a referral a few months ago. He's extremely pushy and believe he's a fortune teller with his imaginary rates. His fees are insanely high, and i'm glad we switched loan officers. Saved us about 1k in fees. This is the place to secure a ...
This is the place to secure a mortgage, but it's more than just a mortgage. I asked my realtor for a referral for a mortgage lender to get pre-qualified to buy our dream home in Henderson. We have heard so many stories of how hard it is to get this done in a decent timeline and with all the homeloans tightening up, were prepared for a long process, plus we live out of the state we are looking to purchase in. Imagine our surprise when John Longstreet went right to work,we were pre-approved within 24 hours. We are super happy with the service, information and results we have received from him. He returned calls and emails promptly, keeps us up to date and really cares about our purchase. I have bought over 10 homes in my time, but I have never encountered the expertise and ease that I have experienced with John and First Mortgage. I highly suggest that if you are in the market to make a home purchase, give John a call, he works for you and it shows. Thanks John. Truly, David and Tresa Pate
