We need help. My sister-n- law and I are up to our necks with HSBC, They are presently denying that we sent in June, a modification note to keep our loan at 11%. This is after sending in the modification note more than 3 times.Our payment was increased due to an ARM in May. We tried to refinance, but to no avail. They offered us to keep the 11% for the remainder of the loan. The papers came by DHL in June 2005. We faxed it back. Here we are in November and we get a letter saying that the payment would go up again in December. We sent the modification note in 2 times and nothing. Spoke to

12 different employees who asked the same thing ( to send in the same modification note we had already sent in before).We were told that if we had the modification note that all matters would be resolved. We were told this in November. Nothing. Today, we went from Customer care to telesales back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. What is the end result? After all of this Hollabaloo we were told. 1. That we were sent the modification note three times and we gave no response. 2. That they no longer do modifications. 3.The research dept. sent us a letter explaining this ( which they did not ). Mary Columbus, Georgia
